Kaycee Professional Services is a professional services company offering STEM education support, Civil Engineering tutorials, and civil/construction support services. The company supports Grade 9–12 students, undergraduate Civil Engineering students, and construction-related clients who need help with technical review, QA/QC documentation, field coordination support, and construction documentation.

The service is led by a Civil Engineering professional with advanced academic training, university-level teaching and research support experience, and practical knowledge in structural engineering, reinforced concrete, civil engineering materials, and construction.

Package Options

One-off sessions are available for students who need help with a specific topic, concept, report, project discussion, or exam preparation. Discounted packages are recommended for continued learning and steady academic improvement.

In-person sessions, where considered, may require an additional travel fee depending on location.

Academic Integrity Notice

Kaycee Professional Services provides tutorial support, concept explanation, guided problem-solving, exam preparation, and academic mentoring only. We do not complete graded assignments, tests, quizzes, exams, or submitted coursework on behalf of students. Students remain responsible for their own academic work.

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment is required before or at the start of each session. All payments are non-refundable once a session is booked, confirmed, or delivered. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be charged at the regular session rate.

If Kaycee Professional Services cancels a session, the student/parent will be offered a rescheduled session or credit toward a future session. Fees are not refundable based on academic outcomes, grades, test results, or admission decisions.
